AnnTac is a Dutch software company specialised in document management and client communication. Our customers spend their hours on clients, not on sorting and searching.

For more than ten years we have been refining machine learning for document recognition and case file management. What started as smart archiving has grown into a platform that recognises, names, archives and makes documents searchable, and that with the newest AI layer summarises documents and extracts the data you need.

That AI does not run somewhere in a foreign cloud, but on our own machines. Your data never leaves the platform for AI processing. For organisations working with sensitive personal data, that is not a detail; it is the core.

Dutch hosting

Our platform runs on our own hardware at two Dutch data centre locations of NorthC.

Set up in line with ISO 27001

Our processes and security are set up in line with the ISO 27001 standard. The certification process has not been completed yet.

AI in-house

All AI processing happens within our own infrastructure. Data never leaves the platform for AI. A core argument under the GDPR.

Encrypted connections

All communication with the platform runs over encrypted connections.
