Frequently asked questions
What happens after 90 days of Launch?
You decide. Continue with Launch and the subscription starts. Do nothing and the Launch features stop, so you carry on for free with Base. Nothing is charged automatically.
Do I need payment details?
No. You request the trial with just your name and email address.
Where are my documents stored?
In Dutch data centres, on our own hardware. The AI processing happens there too. Documents never go to an AI service outside our own infrastructure.
Can AnnTac correct mistakes in recognition?
Yes. AnnTac proposes the details and you check them. If something is wrong you adjust it before the document is filed.
What happens to my existing archive?
You simply add existing documents. If you want a whole existing archive processed, we arrange that separately.
Can I move to a larger product later?
Yes. Your archive moves across unchanged when you step up to the next product.
