Orbit is the secure environment for messages, documents and tasks around client case files, through the app or browser portal.
Pilot customers use Orbit free for one year, for up to 100 clients and unlimited staff. We ask for quarterly feedback and a customer story after six months. After that, Orbit costs €250 per year per 100 clients. No payment details are needed for the pilot.
AnnTac now recognises what a document says. You see the sender and the document date straight away, and you get a short summary in plain language.
That way you know what a document is about without reading all of it first. AnnTac makes a proposal, you check it and adjust it where needed. Smart recognition is available from Launch.
Paper post goes straight into the archive. The scanner arrives ready to use: unpack it, connect it to wifi or the network and start scanning. No computer needed.

The My AnnTac app is now in the App Store. Take a photo of a document with your phone and it lands neatly in the right case file.
Working on a Mac? Uplink is now available for macOS as well. Files you place in the folder go to your archive automatically, just as on Windows.
The integration with OnView is finished. AnnTac retrieves case folders and documents straight from OnView, at the moment you need them.
Changes you make in OnView are updated in AnnTac automatically. Nothing has to be kept up to date twice and you always work in the right case file.
