Before you get in touch
It helps us a lot if you include:
- The version number shown at the top of the AnnTac Dock panel (for example v1.9.1)
- Which Outlook you use: Outlook on the web, new Outlook, or classic Outlook on Windows
- A screenshot of the panel, including any message it displays
Quick answers
The button isn't in Outlook. Refresh Outlook (Ctrl+F5). If it is still missing, ask your administrator whether AnnTac Dock has been made available to your account.
I'm asked to sign in. Enter your email address; you'll receive a message with an activation link. Click it, and the panel continues automatically. No password is needed.
I don't have an AnnTac account. You can still use "Save to this computer" to save an email and its attachments locally. Archiving into the AnnTac archive requires an AnnTac subscription.
Does archiving change my email? No. The email stays in Outlook exactly as it was; it only receives a label showing that it has been archived.
How many emails can I archive at once? Up to 100 selected emails per action.
