Privacy statement
This is how we handle personal data on this website and in our platform.
Who we are
AnnTac B.V. is a Dutch software company based in Hilversum. For the data you share with us through this website we are the controller. For the data our customers store in the platform we are the processor; that customer remains responsible for it.
Two kinds of data, strictly separated
We draw a sharp line. On one side is the data of our customers and of their clients: documents, case files and messages in the AnnTac platform. That data sits solely on our own servers in the Netherlands. On the other side is the data you leave in a form on this website. The two are fully separated, technically and organisationally, and never meet.
Data you leave on this website
If you fill in a contact, demo or support form, we process what you enter yourself: name, organisation, email address, phone number and your question. We use it only to get in touch and handle your question, and keep it no longer than needed for that. This data goes into our Zoho environment, which runs entirely within the European Union on servers in the Netherlands. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
Where our customers' data is stored
The AnnTac platform runs on our own hardware in two Dutch data centre locations operated by NorthC. All AI processing happens within that same infrastructure. No documents go to external or non-European AI services, and no customer document is stored at Zoho or any other supplier.
Security
We set up our security in line with the ISO 27001 standard, the certification process has not been completed yet, and we use encrypted connections for all communication with the platform. Access is arranged per user and actions in the archive are recorded.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data, and you may object to the processing. Contact us at info@anntac.eu. If we cannot resolve it together, you may lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority. If it concerns data a customer of ours stored in the platform, please contact that organisation; we act as processor there and will refer you.
Cookies and local storage
We use necessary local storage for your language and cookie preferences. With Analytics only, we load Zoho Website Analytics to improve the public site. SalesIQ chat loads only when you select Accept all. With Necessary only, both remain disabled. You can change your choice through Cookie preferences at the bottom of every page.
