Archives often contain personal and confidential documents. Their location matters, as do access, delivery and processing agreements. AnnTac supports this with Dutch hosting, access management and encrypted connections.

Data processing agreement from Launch
If you handle other people's personal data, choose Launch or above. From Launch onwards we provide a data processing agreement; Base does not include one.

In the larger products you set who may use which folder and which function.
Your archive and its processing stay close.
AnnTac hosts archive data on its own hardware in Dutch datacentres. The AI layer for document recognition runs within our own infrastructure. You do not need to copy documents to a public AI chat for recognition.
Archive storage and website enquiries are different processes. Support forms or requests may be processed through Zoho. Our privacy notice explains how contact details and requests are processed.
Redundant storage and backups reduce the impact of failures. Redundancy and backups serve different purposes: availability and recovery. Discuss retention periods and recovery arrangements for your environment with us.
The right access for the right people.
Use individual accounts and limit permissions to what each person needs. Products with folder permissions let you control which case files staff can open. Two-factor authentication is available; check its setup with your administrator. Logging helps you review actions afterwards.
Privacy agreements by product
Base is personal, without a data processing agreement
Base Free and Base Plus are intended for your own documents. AnnTac does not provide a data processing agreement for Base. If you process personal data belonging to customers, clients or employees, choose Launch or above.

From Launch onwards, AnnTac is intended for professional use involving personal data and we provide a data processing agreement. Dutch hosting, encrypted connections and processing on our own infrastructure support your GDPR obligations. Your own configuration and working practices also remain important.
