AnnTac and OnView: one case file, two views

OnView and AnnTac exchange case information and documents. OnView keeps your cases up to date, and you can see AnnTac archive documents in OnView. There is less to enter twice.

01

OnView cases become AnnTac case files

AnnTac takes the case list from OnView. Each known case gets its own folder in your archive. You do not need to create folders or retype names. Recognised mail, email and scans can then go into the right case file.

Changes stay in sync

When a case worker or client name changes in OnView, AnnTac updates the corresponding folder. Closed cases move into a separate folder. We can explain how new documents are handled afterwards for your setup.

Your AnnTac archive appears in OnView

Open a case in OnView and you can see the linked documents and folders from AnnTac. You can open them within OnView. New documents added in OnView follow the configured sync process.
